Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications during overnight shifts
- Coordinate weekend admissions and discharge proceduresMaintain accurate electronic health records during off-hours
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid clinical interventions
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and weekend nursing teams
- Perform equipment checks and supply restocking overnight
- Lead weekend patient education sessions
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in Ohio
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- EMR proficiency (Epic systems knowledge a plus)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong weekend shift availability (Fri-Sun)
- Exceptional crisis management skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license
