Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise throughout the sales floor
- Operate inventory management systems and handheld scanners
- Ensure pricing accuracy and promotional displays are properly set
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom conditions
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as assigned
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory and pricing tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday & Saturday nights)
