Responsibilities
- Execute core operational duties during night shifts and weekend rotations.
- Monitor production lines and quality control checkpoints to ensure zero defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Report technical issues or safety hazards immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a shift-based or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
