Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide overnight care assistance
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient observations and care activities in EMR systems
- Respond to patient calls and ensure safety protocols are maintained
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and nursing staff
- Perform basic patient hygiene and comfort measures
- Assist with admission/discharge procedures during shift hours
Qualifications
- Current CNA or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year overnight healthcare experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible availability for weekend nights (Fri/Sat/Sun)
