Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate with medical teams for treatment plan implementation
- Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Assist with patient mobility and daily care routines
- Conduct safety rounds and ensure facility compliance
- Collaborate with weekend staff for seamless care transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification or medical assistant experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to work location
