Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend operational targets
- Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness during off-peak hours
- Resolve routine operational issues with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for weekend shifts
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability for Friday/Saturday/Sunday night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
