Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily shipping targets with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) including weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
