Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move, locate, and stack merchandise efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory checks and data entry to maintain real-time stock levels.
- Ensure all safety protocols and warehouse regulations are followed at all times.
- Package and prepare products for shipping and distribution.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Must be available to work weekends and night shifts as scheduled.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
