Role Overview
You will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our distribution network runs smoothly during critical off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, sort, and organize stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack and prepare customer orders efficiently to meet tight turnaround times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
