Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Efficiently load, unload, and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate labeling and packaging standards.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical tasks.
- Driver's License: Valid Texas driver's license is required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
