Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily quality checks to ensure all products are properly labeled and packaged.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during night shifts and weekend operations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Must be willing and able to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
