Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and Saturdays and Sundays.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
