Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software (WMS) efficiently.
- Assist in the organization of inventory aisles and pallets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
