Responsibilities
- Unload incoming shipments from trucks and verify contents against packing lists.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and racks, ensuring products are facing forward and organized.
- Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, safe, and free of debris at the end of each shift.
- Assist in preparing and labeling outbound orders for delivery to local retail partners.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Mandatory Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday nights consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
