Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in security or operations roles
- Valid North Carolina security license or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with incident reporting software (e.g., GuardTrak)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Flexibility to alternate between Fri/Sat and Sat/Sun shifts
- Basic HVAC troubleshooting knowledge preferred
