Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision in high-pressure environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations using ACLS protocols
- Mentor new staff during orientation periods
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license with minimum 2 years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 5+ years experience considered)
