Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend evening hours (6 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and conduct nightly inventory audits
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met during all shifts
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays for weekend shoppers
- Collaborate with overnight team for smooth operations and handovers
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday evenings)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to downtown Albuquerque location
