Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations accurately
- Assist patients with daily living activities including mobility and hygiene
- Perform ECGs, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing procedures
- Respond to patient call bells and provide timely assistance
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Document patient information in electronic health records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current BLS/CPR certification mandatory
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
