Responsibilities
- Delight patients with exceptional care during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities
- Collaborate with RNs on care plans and medication administration
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Complete electronic health records with precision
Qualifications
- Current CA CNA certification or equivalent medical credential
- Minimum 1 year hospital/urgent care night shift experience
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shifts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
