Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist with daily living activities including mobility, bathing, and nutrition
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Respond to patient emergencies and collaborate with on-call physicians
- Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and adhere to infection control protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Availability to work every weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun nights)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
