Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities

- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Collaborate with nursing staff on patient care plans
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Participate in shift handover and safety compliance protocols
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid CPR certification (provided during training)
