Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing)
- Document patient observations in electronic health records
- Respond to patient call bells and ensure comfort
- Stock and maintain patient care supplies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for transport if needed)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for every weekend (Fri-Sun nights, 7PM-7AM)
