Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during night and weekend shifts.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve account concerns efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Shift Flexibility: Adhere to a rotating schedule that includes nights and weekends, ensuring coverage during peak off-hours.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of support.
- Performance Monitoring: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding call handling time and quality scores.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends in customer issues and suggest improvements to support protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a call center environment is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and software applications.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Location: Must reside within or be willing to commute to the Richmond, Virginia area.
