Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and stage inventory with precision and speed during night hours to meet daily throughput targets.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all staff.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as certified.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always required.
- Documentation: Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check.
- Equipment: Forklift certification is a plus but we offer training.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and strong verbal communication skills.
