What You Will Do
- Process incoming orders and manage inventory accurately during the night shift.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their orders and account status.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records of all transactions.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Handle escalated customer issues with patience and professionalism.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
