Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment during night shifts.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Shift Handover: Communicate effectively with morning shift teams to ensure continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday nights consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
