Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and patrol protocols
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies following SOPs
- Conduct access control for personnel and vehicles
- Prepare detailed incident reports and shift logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical situations
- Perform safety inspections and hazard mitigation
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong observational and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Successful background check and drug screening
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
