Responsibilities
- Patrol the premises on foot and via vehicle to prevent theft, vandalism, and safety hazards.
- Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the facility.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergency situations, and security breaches following established protocols.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate shift logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Conduct routine inspections of security equipment and fire safety systems.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check, drug screen, and physical ability assessment.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and first aid is a plus but not mandatory.
