Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and security breaches
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms in real-time
- Enforce access control policies and verify visitor credentials
- Document incidents using digital reporting systems and mobile devices
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana Security Officer License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security experience in commercial or hospitality settings
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and work independently overnight
- Strong observational skills and conflict de-escalation abilities
- Proficient in using surveillance technology and reporting software
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean record
