Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during weekend night shifts (Sat/Sun 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and financial reporting
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with hotel management systems (Opera/Micros)
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
