Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during weekend and night shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and emergency services
- Maintain sterile environments and follow infection control protocols
- Assist with patient admissions and discharges during overnight hours
- Respond to patient inquiries and address concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in hospital/clinic setting
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and nights
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
