Responsibilities
- Assist physicians in patient examinations and procedures
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy services
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Prepare exam rooms and medical supplies
- Provide patient education and post-visit instructions
- Coordinate with night shift nursing staff
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or RMA required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Weekend/night shift availability mandatory
- BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Spanish fluency preferred
