Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize end-to-end perception pipelines for autonomous navigation systems.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel deep learning models for Project 2026.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and hardware engineers to integrate software with physical systems.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Drive technical decision-making and architecture reviews for large-scale distributed systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on C++, Python, or CUDA.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production environments.
- Deep expertise in Computer Vision, SLAM, or Sensor Fusion.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud computing (AWS/GCP).
