Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen technologies across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends, conducting rigorous market analysis and feasibility studies
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Mentor innovation teams while fostering a culture of calculated risk-taking and rapid prototyping
- Present innovation strategies and progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and market testing
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology architecture with 5+ years in executive roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or platforms with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional strategic planning abilities with experience in multi-year roadmapping
- Strong background in venture capital, corporate innovation labs, or scaling tech startups
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
