Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality customer service during weekend night shifts (Sat-Sun, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage inventory stocking, pricing, and display maintenance
- Operate POS systems and process cash/credit transactions
- Monitor store security protocols and address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure operational excellence
- Adhere to safety standards and emergency procedures
- Contribute to weekly sales targets and KPI reporting
Qualifications
- Must be available every Saturday and Sunday (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Pass background check and drug screening
