Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently during night operations.
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise accurately according to shipping manifests and customer orders.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing and dispatch of goods.
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and rotating night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick tickets and shipping labels.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
