Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend shift operations, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met
- Train and mentor team members on processes, equipment, and compliance protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply replenishment activities
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues to management as needed
- Complete shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with other supervisors for seamless handovers and operational continuity
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for weekend workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse/manufacturing setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
