Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s long-term technology vision for the 2026 timeframe and beyond.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing) into core business operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of innovative product features and digital solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to anticipate industry shifts and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with broader business goals.
- Establish a scalable technology infrastructure that supports rapid growth and innovation.
- Mentor technical talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in strategic planning or advanced technology management is a plus.
