Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision and roadmap for the organization.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and technological disruptions to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute long-term strategic projects and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of 2026 initiatives and adjust strategies based on data.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy-in at all levels.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in the Tech/SaaS sector is highly desirable.
