Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum-AI integration and climate tech acceleration
- Produce strategic whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for emerging technology incubation
- Partner with UN SDG task force on sustainable technology standards
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or Big Tech experience
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review or Nature Futures journal
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, climate AI)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Certification in Foresight Professional (CFP) or equivalent preferred
