You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and global partners to decode complex signals from quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human augmentation. Your insights will drive billion-dollar decisions across our portfolio while mentoring next-generation futurists.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to build 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop actionable roadmaps for quantum AI integration and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, policy, and design teams
- Present future scenarios to executive board and investor committees
- Establish Horizon Dynamics as thought leader through whitepapers and keynote speeches
- Mentor junior futurists and build external partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Published work on quantum computing or AI ethics (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press)
- Experience with Delphi methods and horizon scanning techniques
- Track record of implementing future scenarios into commercial products
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester) and data visualization
- Clearance for government innovation projects (TS/SCI preferred)
