- Produce evidence-based future scenarios with quantifiable impact assessments for executive decision-making
- Orchestrate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and invest in 2026-relevant startups
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or patents
