Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and build strategic prototypes
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into scalable product/service roadmaps
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports and strategic recommendations
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track impact on market position
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into successful business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation-driven projects with measurable ROI
