Responsibilities

- Design innovation pipelines and roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
