Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead workshops with executive teams to translate future insights into strategic priorities
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their disruptive potential
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of future concepts
- Collaborate with R&D to align long-term vision with near-term product roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership on future trends and their industry implications
- Manage a portfolio of experimental initiatives with significant growth potential
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and exponential trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to articulate complex futures compellingly
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and driving organizational change
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize diverse data into actionable insights
