Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 using proprietary predictive modeling
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive futures
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in industry journals
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Experience with futures research methodologies: Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy (required)
