Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Design and validate futuristic product prototypes using agile methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present compelling future-state narratives to investors and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of innovation specialists and futurist researchers
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting roles
- Proven track record of launching technologies 3-5 years ahead of market
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and horizon scanning
- Strong command of exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
