Responsibilities
- Anticipate global technology, economic, and societal shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging industries
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-ready products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, climate, or space)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation forums
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-strategy initiatives
