- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate innovative concepts with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Present executive-level strategic recommendations with data-driven impact assessments and ROI projections
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor roadmaps to maintain competitive advantage
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-focused business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex foresight into executive narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused strategy implementations
