Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ tech trends (quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Develop future scenario models for C-suite decision-making
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic vision
- Conduct ethnographic research on emerging consumer behaviors
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D and product teams
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Advise on ethical implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on technological singularity or societal transformation
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
